Rationale: Why is this case interesting?

• Why did you select it

Munich airport is a busy airport in Germany. This "Eine Insel für die Zeit" is located near the runway from airport. Most of the traveler have a look on this, and think what is the meaning of this.

• Is it exemplary for a specific theme or a problem?

• In how far does it relate to your life?

Life is round, happiness and sorrow are wondering around you, one goes another come. This Eine Insel für die Zeit gives me an overview of my life.

Author's perspective

I am a former graduate in Sustainable Resource Management course. So i think managing this resource sustainably and for long time in future, each and every components of our project need to be analyzed. So, regarding visitor safety and service, i would say this project area is not suitable as there is no parking place, electric lines are running above the "Insel fuer die Zeit", as well as the highway are running along the boundary. It makes this place just as an Island, which does not want public recreation.
