For Clemson Group:

As I see, both project is a revitalization of an underused, bad condition urban space. Therefore I think both of us see on some level the future in these revitalized urban spaces. What I really like is that you have written under the program/function section, that the Highline "functions as a platform for taking in the sights of lower and midtown Manhattan" what is like a sculpture garden. The other thing is that "many of the warehouses and factories have been converted to art galleries, design studios, retailers, restaurants, museums, and residences". As I see this is usual in urban revitalization projects, but not by accident, because that places can create a very vivid atmosphere in such context.
