There are three characteristic zones in the case study area. First one is: ''hausing and entertainment zone'' which has many attractions especially for young people. There are cafes, restaurants, shops and pubs. Studently mainly use this area after school for relaxing and meeting with friends. Second zone is: ''access zone'' where mainly passanger use the area for catching bus, train or taxi. The main behaviour of the users of this zone is 'being in hurry'. And the third zone is education zone, where the university is situated.
