Collaboration and Work Process
How to built a collaborative report?
In the first part of the meeting the concept of collaboration was explained and illustrated with the slides you see below. From now onwards all participants should work on two levels:
- Level 1: Detailing of your own case study
- Level 2: Identifying cross-cutting themes between similar case studies. Similar case studies are now clustered in Working Groups.
Seminar slides on collaborative report development:
Case studies are clustered in Working Groups under an umbrella theme
Try to identify common questions, problems, methods. This is an idealised images, not all cross-cutting themes have to be found in a case studies of a working group.
Having identified and discussed the themes we recommend you distribute the responsibility for each themes in the group. However, everyone is still free to add information to each theme.
The seminar outputconsists of and individual and a group part, namely the case study with individual authorship and a group report on the cross-cutting themes.

Work Process until the end of December:
Until 3rd of December
Working group meeting on the 3rd of December
Until 10th of December
10th of December: short working group meeting
17th of December: last working group meeting before Christmas break
