This website is a community-constructed content site developed in the context of a collaborative online seminar organised by member universities of the LE:NOTRE Thematic Network in Landscape Architecture

"Community-constructed" means that this site is mainly created by the participants of the design studio. However, anyone interested in the theme and willing to contribute his or her knowledge of the area can register to the wiki and edit its content.

The Urban Landscapes Seminar uses the same open source MediaWiki software as the famous Wikipedia, to allow any registered user to create or edit almost any page. Comprehensive change-tracking and community reciprocality support this open approach.

When you contribute content - text, image, or other media - it will be published under the creative commons licence "Attribution-Noncommercial-No Derivative Works 3.0". Readers of this site are free to share, copy, distribute and transmit the work under the following conditions (quoting from creative commons):
