Karlsplatzs Station can be understood by two main layers. One related to the ground level and other related to the underground level. In the ground level, this place, can only be noticed by the entrances and the structure build for the Tram; that somehow look like small islands in the middle of the street, surrounded by vegetation. In the underground level, the area of the station is much bigger and is used for hundreds of people that want to go either by foot to one of the main touristic places of the city of München; that is Karlsplatz or that want to take the public transportation of U Bahn and S bahn. This Underground level can be consider a city within the city.
