Why is this case interesting

This site was chosen because it is a residential neighborhood near the sea,, is neglected due to lack of interest in a way that users use and not to create the task spots around him and some way connected with, and the lack of space for green infrastructure

Author's perspective

In my opinion, we can develop this place to become a preparer of green infrastructure as well as pay more attention to the availability of the needs of users to the site and places of interest as well as pedestrians
