Short Introduction to the Area of Study

New real state developments in the last 10 years were generating population growth and needs in the area. In particular this corridor parallel to the highway Buenos Aires - La Plata, becomes a place for different, spontaneous and simultaneous uses. Everything happens without organization of space. Thus coexits: people performing aerobic training, walking, bikes, cars and cargo vehicles. A place with opportunities to be organized and provide functionality, pleasure and retrieve a natural green space.
