== Short Introduction to the Area of Study ==
In the 70's, this Area was devoted to industrial park on the edge of the A6 and A86, two highways. But it was then transformed into a multi-Use park because it is near Fresnes’s downtown to covering the need of people, to offer a warm welcome to visitors and redefine the entrance of the city and it was then improved by the architect Pierre Guerin.
This park is a mix of shops, offices, restaurants, Parking spaces and other services. There’s also a project for more commercial area and hotels.
Its open design and all the facades and windows are homogenize, the green space is important (trees planted, increasing of green space) and the pedestrian movement is studied so it can be secure.
A huge pergola located in the center of the park brings all the different spaces together.
Its total area after the expansion will be 50 000 m².

In the 70's, this Area was devoted to industrial park on the edge of the A6 and A86, two highways. But it was then transformed into a multi-Use park because it is near Fresnes’s downtown to covering the need of people, to offer a warm welcome to visitors and redefine the entrance of the city and it was then improved by the architect Pierre Guerin.
This park is a mix of shops, offices, restaurants, Parking spaces and other services. There’s also a project for more commercial area and hotels.
Its open design and all the facades and windows are homogenize, the green space is important (trees planted, increasing of green space) and the pedestrian movement is studied so it can be secure.
A huge pergola located in the center of the park brings all the different spaces together.
Its total area after the expansion will be 50 000 m².

In the 70's, this Area was devoted to industrial park on the edge of the A6 and A86, two highways. But it was then transformed into a multi-Use park because it is near Fresnes’s downtown to covering the need of people, to offer a warm welcome to visitors and redefine the entrance of the city and it was then improved by the architect Pierre Guerin.
This park is a mix of shops, offices, restaurants, Parking spaces and other services. There’s also a project for more commercial area and hotels.
Its open design and all the facades and windows are homogenize, the green space is important (trees planted, increasing of green space) and the pedestrian movement is studied so it can be secure.
A huge pergola located in the center of the park brings all the different spaces together.
Its total area after the expansion will be 50 000 m².

''In the 70's, this Area was devoted to industrial park on the edge of the A6 and A86, two highways. But it was then transformed into a multi-Use park because it is near Fresnes’s downtown to covering the need of people, to offer a warm welcome to visitors and redefine the entrance of the city and it was then improved by the architect Pierre Guerin.
This park is a mix of shops, offices, restaurants, Parking spaces and other services. There’s also a project for more commercial area and hotels.
Its open design and all the facades and windows are homogenize, the green space is important (trees planted, increasing of green space) and the pedestrian movement is studied so it can be secure.
A huge pergola located in the center of the park brings all the different spaces together.
Its total area after the expansion will be 50 000 m².
