I designed this planting scheme in 2010.
The Town Council asked me to solve a problem with planting in the existing park. It was covered with Hedera helix in a very bad condition.
The new planting should be low maintenance but it has not functioned in that sense. Adventicious weeds seem to be overcoming the new planting.
